Job Description: As a Visual Merchandiser at our East Ham location, you will be responsible for creating captivating displays that showcase our diverse range of products and drive sales. Your duties will include:

• Collaborating with store management to develop visually appealing merchandising strategies that reflect Primark’s brand image and meet customer needs.
• Implementing and maintaining high visual standards throughout the store, including window displays, floor layouts, and product presentations.
• Regularly refreshing displays to highlight new arrivals, promotions, and seasonal trends, ensuring that merchandise is showcased in an enticing and customer-friendly manner.
• Monitoring inventory levels and liaising with the management team to ensure that merchandise is replenished in a timely manner and that displays are kept well-stocked and organized.
• Providing guidance and training to store colleagues on visual merchandising techniques and product presentation standards.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in visual merchandising, preferably within a retail environment.
• A keen eye for design and a passion for creativity, with the ability to translate brand concepts into compelling visual displays.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues at all levels.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required by the business.
