Job Description: As a Visual Merchandiser at our Craigavon store, you will be responsible for creating visually stunning displays that showcase our latest fashion collections and drive sales. Your duties will include:

• Collaborating with store management and the visual merchandising team to develop creative display concepts that reflect Primark’s brand identity and seasonal trends.
• Implementing visual merchandising guidelines to ensure consistency and excellence in product presentation throughout the store.
• Using your artistic flair and design skills to arrange merchandise in eye-catching displays that attract customers and enhance the shopping experience.
• Regularly refreshing displays and updating signage to promote new arrivals, special promotions, and seasonal themes.
• Monitoring the performance of displays and making adjustments as needed to optimize visual impact and drive sales.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in visual merchandising, retail display, or a related field is preferred.
• A passion for fashion and design, with a strong creative vision and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and contribute to a positive work environment.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required by the demands of the role.
