Role Overview:

As a Kitchen Team Member at TGI Fridays Hull, you’ll play a vital role in preparing and cooking our iconic dishes. You’ll work in a dynamic kitchen environment, ensuring every meal meets our high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook food to TGI Fridays’ recipes and presentation standards.
• Ensure food quality, portion sizes, and presentation are consistent.
• Keep the kitchen clean, organized, and efficient during service.
• Adhere to food safety, hygiene, and health regulations.
• Work collaboratively with your teammates to ensure smooth kitchen operations, especially during busy shifts.
• Assist with stock management, including rotation and proper storage of ingredients.
