Salary Range:$15.00 – $25.00 per hour

Job Overview:Would you like to craft enticing drinks inspired by the sea? As a Bartender at Red Lobster, you will help our guests celebrate by preparing Red Lobster signature beverages in a fun, friendly atmosphere. Responsibilities include following recipes, upholding company specifications and standards, and keeping the bar stocked and clean.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
• Follow Red Lobster’s drink recipes and standards for beverage preparation.
• Provide friendly and attentive service to all guests.
• Handle cash and card transactions accurately.
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels, replenishing stock as needed.
• Offer personalized drink recommendations and pairings to enhance guest experiences.

Qualifications:

• Must be of legal age to serve alcohol based on state requirements.
• Strong multitasking, communication, and attention to detail skills.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds, remain on your feet for several hours, work under pressure, bend, reach, and stoop.
• Previous bartending experience preferred but not required.
