Job Overview: As a Bartender at Red Lobster, you will craft enticing drinks inspired by the sea and help guests celebrate by preparing Red Lobster signature beverages in a fun, friendly atmosphere. Your responsibilities will include following recipes, maintaining company specifications and standards, and keeping the bar stocked and clean.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests.
- Interact with guests, take orders, and serve food and drinks.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
- Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies.
Requirements:
- Must be of legal age to serve alcohol based on state requirements.
- Ability to multi-task, communicate effectively, and pay attention to detail.
- Physical ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds, stand for several hours, work under pressure, bend, reach, and stoop.
