As a Sales Assistant, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and helping our customers find the perfect products.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers with a friendly and welcoming attitude.
• Assist customers with product queries and provide recommendations based on their needs.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale system.
• Maintain a tidy and organized store environment, including replenishing stock and keeping shelves tidy.
• Ensure that the store is clean and presentable at all times.
• Support the store team with additional tasks as required.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a retail or customer service role is preferred but not essential.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A positive and proactive attitude with a willingness to learn.
• Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and evenings.
• A passion for fashion and a genuine interest in helping customers.
