Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist customers with product queries and recommendations, ensuring they have a positive shopping experience.
• Operate tills, handle cash and card payments accurately, and assist with returns and exchanges.
• Replenish stock and ensure products are well-displayed, organized, and presented attractively.
• Maintain store cleanliness and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Support promotions and merchandising efforts to maximize sales and product visibility.
• Work collaboratively with the team to meet store sales targets and deliver excellent service.
• Assist with opening and closing duties, including stock checks and preparation for the next trading day.

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in retail or customer service is desirable but not essential – full training will be provided.
• A friendly, outgoing personality with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
• Ability to work efficiently in a busy retail environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• A strong team player with good communication skills.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
