Responsibilities:

• Ensure the safety and security of the hotel and its guests during the night.
• Check-in and assist guests arriving during the night shift.
• Handle guest inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
• Complete night audit procedures and report on hotel activities.
• Respond to emergencies and resolve issues as needed.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is advantageous.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently during the night shift.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of hotel systems and night audit procedures is a plus.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends.
