As a Customer Assistant, you will be the face of M&S, ensuring that every customer leaves our store with a positive experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers with their shopping needs, providing a high level of customer service.
• Operate cash registers, handle transactions accurately, and process returns and exchanges.
• Replenish stock on shelves, ensuring products are displayed neatly and are easily accessible.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the store, including aisles, fitting rooms, and checkout areas.
• Provide product knowledge and recommendations to help customers make informed purchasing decisions.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations and meet sales targets.
• Uphold M&S standards for quality, customer service, and store appearance.

Qualifications:

• Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not essential.
