Position Overview: As a Bartender at Red Lobster, you will be responsible for crafting and serving high-quality beverages to our guests while providing friendly and attentive service. You will create a welcoming atmosphere at the bar, engage with customers, and ensure that their needs are met promptly and professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, beer, and wine, according to Red Lobster’s standards.
• Interact with guests in a friendly and engaging manner, providing recommendations and answering questions about our beverage offerings.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization behind the bar, including proper storage of supplies and adherence to safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels, including ordering and restocking supplies as needed.
• Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations and exceptional guest experiences.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including responsible alcohol service guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Previous bartending experience in a high-volume restaurant or bar setting is preferred.
• Knowledge of beverage preparation techniques and familiarity with a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact positively with guests and team members.
• Attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• TIPS certification or willingness to obtain certification.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
