Role Summary: As a Service Colleague, you will be essential to the store’s operations, ensuring that each customer receives a positive and efficient shopping experience. This role is varied and dynamic, involving customer interaction, transaction handling, and maintaining the presentation of the store.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide friendly and efficient customer service, assisting customers with their shopping needs.
• Operate checkout registers to process purchases accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization within the store, ensuring a pleasant shopping environment.
• Assist in stocking shelves, organizing displays, and managing inventory.
• Address and resolve customer queries and issues in a timely manner.

Requirements:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• A customer-first approach with the ability to engage positively with shoppers.
• Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Team player with the capability to also work independently when needed.
• Prior experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not mandatory, as full training will be provided.
