Job Description:

We are currently seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our Customer Support team in Cork, Ireland, as a Customer Support Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for providing timely and effective support to Amazon customers, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Identify customer needs and proactively provide solutions to resolve issues and address concerns.
  • Navigate and utilize various internal systems and tools to access and update customer account information, process orders, and troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including logistics, technical support, and product teams, to resolve customer issues and escalate complex cases as needed.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and follow up as necessary to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date on Amazon products, services, and policies to provide accurate information and support to customers.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strong command of the English language.
  • Previous customer service experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably in a contact center or retail setting.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively to resolve customer issues.
  • Comfortable using computer systems and software applications, with the ability to navigate multiple screens and applications simultaneously.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on business needs.
  • A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
